        • Fitness Level: A moderate to high level of physical fitness is recommended. Participants should be comfortable walking or hiking for extended periods and be prepared for challenging terrain.
        • Elevation Gain: Some hikes involve significant elevation changes, with steep ascents and descents. Expect some uphill climbs that may range from 500 to 2,000 feet (150 to 600 meters).
        • Terrain: The trails may be rocky, uneven, and sometimes muddy. Strong, supportive footwear is essential (preferably hiking boots with good ankle support). Participants should also be comfortable with occasional scrambling or navigating over rocks.
        • Important Considerations: If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns about your ability to handle physical exertion, it’s important to consult a healthcare professional before booking the tour.
